How to reach us
Send a message to skinova.app@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Skinova account when possible. Include a short description of the issue and any relevant screenshots.
We aim to reply within a few business days. For urgent order or payment problems, mention “Urgent” in the subject line.

Information we may collect
- Account data: such as name, contact details, and preferences you provide when you register or update your profile.
- Usage & device data: app interactions, diagnostics, and technical identifiers needed to run and secure the service.
- Skin analysis: if you use analysis features, images or derived results you submit are processed to provide the feature and may be stored according to our backend configuration.
- Orders & commerce: information required to process purchases, payments, and delivery where applicable.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve Skinova
- Authenticate users and protect accounts
- Process transactions and customer support
- Comply with law and enforce our terms
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who host infrastructure, analytics, or payment processing under strict contracts, or when required by law.

Your choices
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. You can delete your account from the app (see Delete account) or email us at skinova.app@gmail.com for other requests.
Children
Skinova is not directed at children under the age where parental consent is required in their jurisdiction. If you believe we have collected a child’s data in error, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date.
Delete account & data requests
You can permanently delete your Skinova account from the app, or ask us to help by email.
Delete in the app (recommended)
Open Profile → Account settings → Delete account. Confirm the prompts. This removes your login and associated data held in our systems according to our current backend configuration (including profile, wishlist, cart sync, routines, and analysis history tied to that account).
Delete or export by email
If you cannot use the app, email skinova.app@gmail.com with the subject line Skinova account deletion request. Include the email or phone number you used to register so we can verify your identity. We will process verified requests as soon as reasonably practicable.
Warning: Deletion is permanent. You will lose access to purchases history, saved routines, and other data linked to the account.
